Job Market
I was recently employed with the manufacturer of robotic systems, material handling, lathe tending, welding, lazer cutting as a Supply Management Professional. Deco has 6 branches in the Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and Minnesota plus a branch in Georgia.
Another distributor is Peerless Supply in Davenport and Des Moines.

We are only producing parts for two of our biggest customer's....and they are paying our bills, if that explains we are pretty much doomed. I have been with this company for 21 years and hate to see it go under. We have temporarily laid off about 65% of our work force until we get more money from our other customers. I am currently looking for a job; but even the recruiters are telling me it's a bad time.
