The challenges are for sincere organizations who take seriously continous improvement as a practice and demonstrate. Since the business slow down is pourind cold water on innovation and risk taking, there will be poor enthusiasam on Lean,Sixsigma etc. 2010 will bringout bravehearts and longterm visionaries. Hope the Boardroom decide for sustainable growth models.
